Physical Activity Reflections
Last week I participated in Campion’s athletics day, I placed 3rd in High Jump and jumped 1.8 meters. I can jump this high because I put all my strength into my run up, then when I am in a good position I transfer my energy to my legs and jump as high as I possibly can. My technique is to jump up and turn onto my back mid air, then I weave my way over the bar and land on my back. On a scale of 1-5 I rate myself 5 for pushing myself to my limits. I know this because my heart rate increased to the point I thought it would burst, I was sweating like a pig and I was puffing the entire day to an extent like I was gonna bust a gut. I love to participate in running long distances, competitive football, handball at lunch and P.E during class.
